I emailed after hours last night, and am currently on hold to phone support.
Our NBN light went off the router yesterday (1-2pm ish), the internet is not working, and the phone line when rung says "currently not available", have reset everything, so would assume that if the number does not connect the issue is at the exchange. our router still is functional as I can connect to it via WiFi, but ... no internet.
