NBN not working after blackout

There was a blackout in the area of Narwee last night. My NBN is not working even though the power resumed later. The middle light in the connection device is flashing red continuously . The power failure last night still affects the NBN connection in the area? Please help to check and fix. Thanks

I have received your text message to confirm an appointment of a technician coming on yesterday between 1 pm and 5 pm. However, very disappointed that he didn’t show up nor any message for the late received!. What’s going on? Pl quickly inform and come to fix
