NBN outage at Manly 2095

My NBN black box has power, cycles through Pwr and Downstream LEDs, then 2 flash blue, then all off. Repeats. Since 6.30pm, and have been waiting on the phone to TPG since then. ('5 minute wait time' said the bot. Not! Have used the NBN Outages site..'no planned outages'.
Any suggestions on next steps? Thanks cmty.

I can't see any outage in your area, you can also check  using this https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status site for outage.
