NBN unusable between 9.30am and 6pm

I just moved house last week and switched my existing plan across & my internet has been terrible since the move. I am constantly getting disconnected between the hours of 9.30am & 6pm. Magically the service resumes when most people stop working from home but that is useless for me because I need to work from home as well. Can someone contact me back ASAP. I have to tether using my phone which is not a solution.
