I upgraded to NBN100 a few days ago. Last night I did speed test and the result was extremely disappointing. The down speed was only 17.6 and the up speed was 18.5. I decided to go back to the NBN50 and the where much more satisfactory. What I am really unhappy about is that I got charged to downgrade . I actually thought I would be entitled to a refund considering how pathetic the NBN100 speed was. I have just waited over an hour on chat only to be cut off by TPG when it was my turn. Very bad customer service. Very unhappy.
