Long time customer currently on NBN12 after switching from ADSL2+.
I find that my internet is often at 1-2mbs causing streaming issues and work call/video drop outs which is unacceptable.
Do TPG offer one week trial upgrades to check performance on NBN50? My contract expires in 3 months and at this stage I'll be changing to another provider who offer me around 30mbs for the same price I pay with TPG for 11mbs max (which is often at 10% of that).
