NO INTERNET CONNECTION

It has been the whole day since I don't have an internet here in Melbourne CBD area. What is happening? There's no planned maintenance notice or any sort that my internet would be suffering like this. I've done all the resetting and all the reboting nonsense and it's still not working. Can you please fix it. There's not even a warning.
