MY TPG CUSTOMER ID IS 4953774.
I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING TPG TECH SUPPORT SINCE LAST SUNDAY, HOWEVER, NO MATTER I TRIED CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE OR COMMUNITY CHAT OR ON-LINE TECH CHAT, NONE OF THESE IS WORKING. IT'S BEEN SO MANY DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET AND MY NBN INSTALLED ONLY 2 WEEKS AGO (11/03/20). CURRENT STATUS IS THE NBN BOX POWER LIGHT IS ON BLUE, BUT LINK SYMBOL LIGHT IS BLUE BUT ON & OFF EVERY SECOND. OTHER 2 LIGHTS ARE OFF.
