Nbn box light flashing

Hi,

There was a storm in my location last night, and the interenet connection has dropped out in the morning. I notice all the lights on the Nbn box except for the power light are flashing. As far as I can see, there are no outages in my area . I've tried calling technical support for 1hr+ and I was not able to get through. Thanks!
