Nbn connection May 2020

Bad customer service! More than one month and still no NBN connection. No follow up in spite of multiple calls / emails to customer service and helpdesk support. They also have debited my acount for 2nd month even the service is not installed!

I need to cancel this order now, I don't need this service anymore.
