Nbn dropouts

After about 5 visits from Nbn techs to fix drop out they are still happening have been resetting Nbn modem and rebooting wi-fi but dropouts still accurring starting to think it’s something else other than whatever the tech do in the pit on the street!

I'm sorry to learn about the recurring service dropouts you're experiencing. I checked your case history and seeing that this was handled previously by our Engineering Team for the same issue, I have re-escalated the case for further investigation.
