Nbn not working

Can you guys check if it's problem on my end or your end? I spent 5 hrs trying to reach you guys on the phone but no one picked up. My username is the same as my TPG account.

I have looked up your account and you seem to be Ok now.

I can see your modem has been up for quite some time.
