I recently upgraded from the 100mbps plan to the Ultrafast 800/40 plan. I also received a new Tp-link AX5400 modem.
i have nbn fftp - using uni-d2 port (same as before). I plugged the new modem in and whilst i have internet connectivity, i still only get speeds of 100mbps. It also doesn't show me the dual band 2.4/5ghz options to connect in wifi connection list, only one single option.
Can a TPG representative assist in reconfiguring modem settings so I can get the speeds that we have paid for?
