Need to change 5G Modem

Hi,

I ordered a 5G modem last month, but I think it doesn’t work well. Maximum speed it gets is 4 - 6mbps. I tired with my friends modem and it gets 70 - 90mbps. Therefore I guess modem is not working properly. Can I change the modem? I kindly request you to consider my request!

Let us help check what causing speed issues with the service and get this sorted out. Could you post a speed test result on this thread for reference and shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation.
