We received our modem March 25th for FTN NBN, wondering when the installation will be complete please? Given that we don't need a technician to install a box in our home, I would have assumed it is a simple process to activate the connection. Like many, we need to work from home & it is impossible on our ADSL2 speed to connect to work server. Unable to phone call centre due to Covid-19 and the chat option is always busy, have tried many times. We are desperate! Thank you
