As a long term residential customer, last Friday we moved from ADSL across to HFC NBN. The first few days were positive but in the last 48 hours we have been suffering from a consistent and extended period of drop outs. It can drop out 3-4 times in ten minutes or last a few hours.
There doesnt seem to be any service status issues on the tpg website.
I have tried resetting the NBN box but this seems to have had little effect.
It appears that the various lights on the NBN box itself go off and then it takes a longer period for the fourth light to stop flashing and become consistently green.
This is a particularly frustrating introduction to NBN after many years of very good ADSL.
I'm hoping this can be address asap.

We're able to locate your account using your community details and we've seen that the connection issue with your NBN service has been raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
