The installation will take 10-20 working days to complete upon receipt of the payment.
You will receive an email and SMS once a schedule of service activation becomes available.
You can also track the status of your installation on line using your username. Just visit the link below: https://www.tpg.com.au/install
Alternatively, you may check the installation status by dialing 13 14 23 (option 4).
