The allocated username from NBN connection cannot be use on 5G home broadband.

We just switched to 5G Home Broadband from NBN. I was given a new user name but when I try to logon to the Post Offie my previous username is still being asked for.
Is it possible to change my 5G username back to my usual TPG username and if I can will this affect the mobile phone accounts bundled in with my 5G Broadband? Thanks.
