No 5G Band and erratic connection

Had NBN installed about 2 weeks ago, connected two extenders and all my devices all worked well, was getting about 40Mbs at the modem and about 20Mbs at the extenders, over the last week, getting dropouts, erratic performance and no internet on 5G despite it saying signal is good?

We'd love to help see what causing no connection to the service. If wireless signal is on 'Good' status it is possible that its something to do with the line. To better understand the situation please let us know your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
