Get online support
Hi,
I have had no internet connection since yesterday afternoon. I have checked my physical connections and reseated them and factory reset the router which did not fix the issue. When I check the DSL status on the router it is either blinking or turned off. I have logged into the router and the DSL status keeps changing from initializing to disconnected.
I have run a connection status test through the app which says there is no modem detected and there is no Data but the Voice Service is active. I lodged the fault through the app yesterday but still have not heard anything back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to keep up to date with my online course.
