Very poor customer service, my inetrnet was slow I asked TPG technical team to fix it, instead of fixing they did something now I don't have internet connection at all since last week. TPG telling me the earliest it can be fixed is by 7th May, not happy.

We apologise and understand you feel that your connection issue is taking far too long to resolve. We have identified that the issue is with the network controlled by Telstra. This unfortunately means only Telstra technicians have the authority to fix this fault.
Telstra advised us that estimated time of resolution will be 7th of May. We chased this up with team, further updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call when is available. Let us know should you require further assistance.

Good day! We've seen that escalated issue handled by our Engineering Team has been rectified by sending out a Telstra Technician, the service has been connected for 22h 38m. Let us know should you require further assistance.
