This is day 6 I have had no internet at home trying to run a business has been v hard with limited data on mobile. Are you going to reimburse or compensate? Someone said you have been trying to convince NBN ??? Wth everyone else seems to have internet... and I keep seeing this come up till today... but I have not been given a new modem.
