I have been without internet connection since 16th February 2020. Since that time I have been charged a monthly fee. I have also requested in writing to TPG that the monthly charge be stopped until my connection is restored and that a credit for the two (2) months ($49.99 x 2) that I have already paid be credited to my account.
As I have been so frustrated by the lack of response from TPG I have blocked my credit card so no further payments are taken out of my account!
PLEASE, PLEASE as I am locked at home due to the virus can you get my ADSL service repaired and also credit my TPG account the $99.98 that I should never have been charged!
I hope to the almighty that you will do the right thing by me in these terrible timeds!!!
