No Internet since about 5Pm, is it due to heavy rain?

My NBN connection stopped working since about 5PM, is it due to heavy rain in Sydney today?

The NBN device seems to be in a loop of restarting and trying to connect.

Hi @mmbubbly 

 

There's an NBN outage affecting your connection. This was raised by NBNCo at 3:22PM AEST and affecting 108 customers in Naremburn area. Currently, NBNCo hasn't provided an Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR), nor was there any specific details yet as to what caused the disruption.

 

Nonetheles, I have escalated this issue for monitoring. You will be notified once the issue has been resolved.

Hi @mmbubbly, there's no estimated time of restoration yet, but NBN Co. has engaged field services and they are currently on-site.
