No NBN Connection

Hi,

 

My account number is 5907025

 

I moved home on 2 April 2020. Please can you let me know when I am going to get the NBN connection, which is still not working.

 

I am having to use my Personal mobile hotspot which is costing me a lot of money. I work from home and internet connection is vital for my business.

Can you confirm the NBN HFC (Black Arris)box has power and connected to the wall Coax fitting thanks

Hi Richard,

 

As discussed the previous tenants look like they have taken the HFC (black box) with them.

If you are unsuccessful talking with the RAgency to get it back , just reach out again.
