Get online support

No NBN connection and more than 1 hr on hold over the phone

There is no NBN internet connection and I have been trying to call support with no success. So far, I have been put on hold for more than one hour with no indication of how much longer I’ll need to wait. This is extremely frustrating and I recall previously it did not take this long.
Basically, there is no NBN connection; the connection light is flashing red and there is a constant clicking sound from the connection device. Please look into this matter and advise how long it will take for the issue to be rectified.
