No NBN connection

Hi TPG, NBN is down since last night. I tried to call the hotline whole day and still no update. The website shows there is no issue report. Apparently it is incorrect. No sure who i can talk to fix the issue.

Using your community details, I was able to pull up your account and check the details. Your service was affected by an NBN outage. It was raised by NBNCo at 2:14PM AEST yesterday (Aug 16) and was declared resolved today at 8:30AM AEST. NBNCo technicians had to replace a faulty module to restore the services affected by the said outage.

 

I can see that your modem has been connected for more than 9 hours already. If you're still having difficulty going online, feel free to leave a comment.
