No NBN connection

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing NBN connection issues since 30 minutes ago. When I checked the NBN box, the upstream led keeps blinking. I’ve tried resetting and turning power on and off, but still no connection. Possible line issues? Please resolve ASAP

Hi Landon. we received your enquiry via our official Twitter account and we have likewise responded to it. The NBN Co is currently experiencing an unplanned network outage at your location affecting 40+ customers. Investigation is ongoing and will be followed by restoration works, no ETR yet.
