No NBN - new customer

I received my NCD and modem Thursday afternoon. Due to working from home I did not try to connect until Friday afternoon.
I have had both turned on since then and the NCD does not show more than the first 2 lights. I have tried all three telephone ports in my house for a minimum of two hours each with no success.
I have 3 people in my house working from home relying on the internet.
Need URGENT assistance.

I can confirm your NBN order is still in progress. Can you please confirm your modem and NBN NCD is connected like the image below and powered on? NBN need to be able to detect your NBN NCD, please leave this connected and powered on.

Yes, both devices are on and powered on. Still only getting the first 2 lights
