I was able to locate the account using the given details and confirmed that the issue affecting the serivce has been escalated to our Engineering Team, assessment may take 24-48hrs updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Our internet has been out for >48 hours. NBN states no outage.
