Get online support

No dial tone no ADSL2 connection

Hi TPG,

I called earlier this morning regarding this problem. I have no dial tone and no internet out of the blue around 0915am. Support team asked me to unplug, reset, only plug one device and tried different ports and still no luck. After that they said they will be in touch, but still no reply....
Can you help me please? really need the internet for work and study.

I am sorry to know that you're having difficulty with the service. I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that this has been raised to our Engineering Team. I've seen that you have been in contact with the assigned Engineer and provided the case progress, we'll be sending a TPG technician to check your service, I will chase this up with them to get the appointment schedule and request urgent feedback.
