Get online support

No help from TPG for 4 days. No nbn

Level 2

How do you get TPG to return a call or assist. I've had no internet for 4 days now  spent a total of 8 hrs waiting on the phone... I've done ALL the regular things. Check connections. Reset etc.


It's an open connect to the house... as per last time... but I can't get any contact from TPG

Troubleshooting no internet connection

In this particular case, we can see that the modem/router is still connected to our network. We recommend to do the following troubleshooting below.


  • Re-seat modem/router's cable to the wallsocket
  • Try different cable ( if only available )
