Hi,
I don't have any internet connection even though the router seems to be working and can't contact support

Thanks for providing details.

Based on remote  test there is exchange jumpering issue so I have created ticket for Telstra.  You will receive update in 48 hours from TPG.  For your reference ticket # 59734415.
