Get online support

No internet ADSL and mobile blackspot

Hi, we've not had internet for over 24hrs now and have done everything to try and fix it. Everything It seems to be the phone line connection but i cant be sure. I keep trying to call support but it drops out and our mobile coverage is not good. Any ideas?
