No internet VoIP is red light

Currently very often happening this situation which VoIP is red light and no internet. Couple times, we tried to off PowerPoint and wait then fixed. But this time, whole day totally no internet and still VoIP is red light. Modem is HUAWEI HG658.
Really upset and frustration...
Please advise how to fix!
