No internet access

The internet connection hasn't been working since last night.

We've checked that there is no NBN Outage for our address.

The NBN Connection Box shows there is a working connection.

The UNI-D 1 connection shows this is functioning correctly.

We've plugged the UND-D 1 cable directly into a laptop and there is no internet connection.

We've reset the router and the TPG ISP password and it is still not able to connect to the internet.
