No internet and NBN downstream and upstream flashing, online light off. no area outage report.

Hi, we lost internet since last Thursday (30Mar2023), it has been 3 days. The downstream and upstream lights kept flashing, Most of time only the power light on and the downsteam light kept flashing. The online light was always off. We checked the outage area reported, there was no outage detected in our area. What we supposed to do?
