This is about my NBN internet at home.
I cannot connect to the internet, and need a technician to come out and look at it ?

I have sent TPG many private messages and rang still cannot get in contact with anybody
I HAVE NOT HAD INTERNET SINCE 19/3, ONE WEEK NOW, SO BY TODAY, IF I DONT HEAR FROM ANYONE I WILL BE CANCELLING MY SERVICES !
