Get online support
I have not internet connect since yesterday. Have lodged tickets online through the app with no updates. Also checked NBN outage website and my address is not affected. Online chat does not work and no one answers phone calls.
When will my internet be up and running again?
Working from home also worsens the situation

Hi Lee77,
I have noted that there was a unplanned network outage from nbn but its has been resolved by nbn around 12PM today so can you check now and make sure your internet is up and running.
