No internet connection for several days

Hi there, 

 

I have no internet connection at all. No signal coming through the wall. Its been this way for 3 days now. TPG are providing absolutely no support on this. Will be cancelling my plan ASAP unless this is resolved, as I am paying for a service I cannot use. I need TPG to contact me asap as I need it for my job.
