No internet connection

No internet connection via ADSL at Macquarie Park/North Ryde since 1st March 2019 -

TPG says its a telstra copper issue. 

1st SMS said would be solved 5th March - nothing happened

Call mentioned need to access premises - cancelled

Latest update only fixed 13th March - so 2 weeks of no Internet access.

Absolutely ridiculous 2 weeks with no internet access!!! Ridiculous!!!

Anyone facing same problem?

Two weeks without internet is not normal, so I pulled up your account with your community details as a reference, to see what's going on.

 

It looks you have already spoken to an Engineer yesterday pertaining to the same case on which you have been advised of an outage affecting your service. The estimated time of restoration for the said outage is until end of business day on March 13, 2019.

 

Though it seems like your modem reconnected briefly, I was able to confirm that the outage is still ongoing. Our Engineering Team will contact you directly if there are any changes to the ETR provided.
