Hi,

Our internet has been dropping out for two days now. We’ve tried resetting and other troubleshooting tips with no luck. Can we get some help please?

Using your community details, I was able to pull up your account and check our records. It seems like you were able to raise this concern through our Helpdesk Team earlier to which it was escalated to our Engineering Team.

 

As advised via SMS, Telstra will be checking your line on or before April 5, 2019. You are not required to be at home.

 

Further updates pertaining to the repair will be provided by our Engineering Team via SMS or phone call.
