Hi there. I’ve been without internet the whole day. I’ve been trying to call 13 14 23 many times and all you guys do is make me wait more than 30/40 min every time without answering the call. Could you guys please tell me what’s going on with my internet signal and when it’s gonna be fixed? Thank you.

From what I can tell, this has been raised to Telstra for repair due to a line fault. Please refer to the SMS that was already sent providing you the details as to when Telstra can check your line. You may reply to the SMS for follow up request. Updates will be provided to you directly by our Engineering Team.
