No internet connection

Hello, my ADSL2+ Internet connection has been out since yesterday. I’ve reset the router and the wifi is connecting, however the internet does not seem to be connecting. Is there an outage in my area or another suggested solution?

We are sad to know that you're having difficulty with the service. We are able to locate your account using your community. We ran an initial test to your service and it shows a possible line fault causing the service not to work.
 

This issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation.

Assessment may take 24hrs and updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call.
