No internet connection

My NBN connection was disconnecting frequently and I contacted TPG customer service in Sunday 23/6/2019. They gove me a reference number (9585137)  and this problem does not be solved more than one week and it has become more serious, from Friday night 28/6/2019, I do not have any internet connection.
Could you tell me when could you solve this problem?

Using your community details, I was able to check your account and review the case. Based on the ticket that our Engineering Team has raised to NBNCo, there's a network fault that  NBNCo is investigating. Unfortunately, as of yesterday's update, NBNCo was not able to provide an Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) yet.

 

Our Engineering Team is closely monitoring this case. Further updates will be provided to you directly via SMS or phone call.
