No internet connection

I just want to asking since something is wrong with the internet connection at my house. The wifi now does not working at all and even with open the route LAN/ WLAN light open but the internet light does not pop up. And I cant see my wifi in the available wifi anymore. Please help this been 2 days since this happens.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage 

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: 

 

 

If you are using a WIFI connection, then you may check these links to improve your home network.

 

But in this particular case, Internet Light is not lit up means that the modem/router is not getting a connection to our network. I would love to help and get to the bottom of this, send me a PM with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file)
