No internet connection

Heeeeeeelp! 🙏

For the past few days we've had little to no internet. 😭

✔️Speed test says JUST meeting minimum requirements (4mps.. ** that's low )
✔️ No flashing lights on modem or NBN box
✔️ Signal strength strong
✔️ All cables as they should be, no kinks or damage
✔️ Yes, have tried turning everything off and on 🤦🏼‍♀️

AND YET ....

I have NO internet 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

My cell phone gives the best clue so far:
Happily connects to my home WiFi but warns "This WiFi is not connected to internet, are you sure you still want to connect?"


Help very very veeeeeery appreciated!
At this rate I'd be better off not having home internet and just hot-spotting to my mobile carrier. (Which is what I am currently having to do 😡)

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
