Hi, I live in Gulfview Heights and I haven't had internet in over a day. The internet dropped out yesterday (22nd of Jan 25) and is still not connected. I have tried to ring numerous times but the hold time appears to be ... infinite ...
I checked the NBN outage for my address and it says "No nbn network outage detected". I checked the tpg outages and it claims there was a problem reported for Elizabeth (SA) Customers. However I live in Salisbury.
So I have a couple of questions: 1) why does the NBN checker have the wrong information? There certainly IS an outage there there has been since 5:35 am yesterday. 2) The hold message claims that you can go to the tpg.com.au/support and easily report an incident. I can't see how. Maybe use bold and red arrows or something to point to the right link?

A frustrating situation! The NBN outage checker might not be showing accurate info, especially if it's a local issue or hasn’t been updated yet.
