No internet light

Hi, we have connected the new modem but have no internet light, ideas?

Our records show that you have already spoken with our Technical Team earlier today. From what I gathered, it appears that your modem was connected to the wrong port on the NBN NTD box. Now that you have it on UniD2, your modem is now working.
