No internet since Monday until now

I got this problem since Monday 11/2/25 17.00 until now. I try to restart the modem almost 10 times per day. I try to call but no one pick up. Also, I cannot find my account. I never got my invoice from my email So, that why it is hard to me to solve like the speaker said when I waiting a call because I don’t know my account and I have been charged unexpected money on Tuesday 12/2/25 the amount which is not match for my plan .
How can I do with this problem.
